Our Terms of Business

General Terms:

• Prices are valid from January 01.st, 2004.
• This price list replaces all previous ones.
• Prices for larger quantities available upon request.
• There is no minimum order amount (necessary).

Terms of Payment and Delivery:

• Prices subject to change without notice.
• First deliveries are sent against pre-payment (cheque, money transfer, debit, VISA, Diners Club) or by cash on delivery (but not outside Germany).
• All prices include VAT, if not otherwise mentioned. They do not include shipping and handling.
• Delivery to persons known by us or present customers will be made against invoice.
• Payment is due after 10 days with 2% cash discount or net after 30 days.
• Deliveries abroad are only possible against prior payment for organizational reasons.
• Delivered articles remain the supplier´s property until complete payment is made. If the period stipulated for payment is exceeded, there will be a reminding fee of EUR 3.-. For every further reminder we will charge a fee of EUR 6.- .
• We grant you withdrawal of any transaction within 4 weeks of recieving
  of goods. We only take goods back, if they are unopened or unused, though.
• We always try hard to send high quality articles to you. Should any article you ordered be faulty, you will get a replacement for it. In this case, please contact us immediately.

Packing Costs:

• For the packing of wooden and synthetic materials we charge:
  EUR 2,90 (up to 150 cm length x 50 cm width)
  EUR 3,80 (from size 150 cm length x 50 cm width)
  For the packing of other articles we charge:
  EUR 0,60 (literature)
  EUR 1,20 (wooden and synthetic boomerangs) plus EUR 0,55 for every additional wooden boomerang.
  EUR 1,80 (Boomerang Book + pack of blanks, boomerang DIY Kit, pack of blanks)
  With orders containing different items, the higher shipping and handling fee will be charged.

Transportation Costs:

• Prices for shipment abroad available upon request.
• Shipping fees for wooden and synthetic materials are charged according to the parcel weight. Exact prices available upon request.
